Closed at 8:23. Supposed to close at 9. Person working left as I was walking up (not in a hurry). Busy sidewalk and street traffic around for more business. Jamba Juice you can do better.

Very poor service. There was no wait or any other customers yet I was still waiting for 3 employees to stop chit chatting to assist me.. didn’t even get a greeting when walking in or ordering. The girl just nodded their head after standing at the register looking at us for a minute without even a hello. I’ve worked in the food industry myself and know someone could be having a bad day but this was borderline rude. The customer service may be terrible but juice’s are great. definitely will be changing locations would rather make the 20 minute drive than to come to this place

I did online delivery through Jamba Juice app and I got my order 40 minutes late. Smoothies were like water and when I asked for refund they said it’s not out responsibility it’s Door Dash’s. I said I didn’t use door dash but somehow I only got refunded 3 dollars. Don’t lie to people.

I got the classic smoothies razzmatazz and aloha pineapple. The razzmatazz tastes like a starburst while the aloha pineapple is a more subtle taste and thicker blend. I am curious to try other items though since it is my first time and it's off to a good start.

The smoothies from Jamba Juice are always good. We had the Peanut Butter Moo'd and Greens and Ginger smoothies. They both were delicious!

I’m not surprised this place has been getting terrible reviews in the recent months. The employees there are very disrespectful. I was publicly told off in a very rude manner by one of the employees. I wasn’t going to stoop down to her level so I immediately asked for the manager. The on duty manager did not seem to care that her employee was being unprofessionally rude to a patron. While I was trying to have an adult conversation with the manager the immature employee continued to profusely rant false accusations towards me. All in front of the other patrons, as well as my family.
I promise you that Jamba Juice lost a lot of customers from this, however, it will not end with just that.

A very immature girl behind the counter made a snobby remark about me & I overheard her say "I wouldnt even serve him..." assuming because I walked in without a mask. I give you guys 20$-30$ a week and will never come back again. I'm at your store multiple times a week and never had such disrespect. In fact plenty of your employees in the past have not worn a mask at work. I never had any employees at your store disrespect me or turn me away for not wearing a mask but if your store were to do so they could of done so in a respectful manner. And then I respectfully would never support your business again. Thanks jamba juice you should really stop hiring immature high school girls.
