Mcdonald's

I have eaten here twice. Each time at or about 5pm. Each time the chicken is not cooked all the way, the burgers are old, and the attitude problems. Whatever on the attitude, but this is the closest McDonald's to the base, and I did not pay money to get food poisoning twice. Last time I thought it was from lunch, not McDonald's. The second time I hadn't eaten all day and now im sick because of under cooked chicken. Its called salmonella and it can get you shut down by the health department. Which I might as well goto since they do not care.

This McDonald has some of the nicest people I've seen working in fast food. I went there late at night recently, totally exhausted from moving, and the people there were as nice as could be. They just exuded upbeat attitudes and genuine kindness, and wholeheartedly made my night so much better. Thank you for everything you do!

I understand everyone is short staffed, but the dining area is closed so with this being a newly renovated drive through only restaurant there is no reason for this to be this slow. I live in the area but cannot continue to act like 20-30 in a Mickey-D’s is normal. Management needs to step up and help these folks figure it out.

2021 McRib season officially kicked off for me today. This year marks a special event in McRib lore....it's the 40th anniversary of this special culinary delight. The Berwick store served them up hot and fast. The resturaunt was clean and the staff very friendly. Full disclosure, I always order my McRibs with extra pickles and onions cause that's how McPros do it.

10:30 pm and I done work 12 hours and I was hungry. So I go on the website and say they close at 11:00pm. I’m in drive through and a car was in front of me. They took their order so I pulled up, I waited about 10 minutes until I thought something wasn’t right. The car that was in front of me, was getting there order, a kid in the back seat say you not going to get anything, then this feminine guy came to the window and said we close. I said it’s 10:30 , the car pulled off so I pulled up, a young female came and said we close at 10:00 tonight, but it’s 10:30 and you just completed a order. (Check out the video)!! Kroger‘s close at 11 pm, I went to Kroger‘s and had 10 minutes so I got some fruit to hold me until morning.

I visited here on 5/15/2022 around 12:30pm. The young girl at the window had the audacity to ask if I am high because they (her and the young boy) couldn't understand my order at the speaker. I was FLOORED. They looked very young and inexperienced and I could tell had little to no customer service skills. These kids are getting a little too comfortable. I asked for 2 large cups of ice water and I could tell the speaker was a little choppy, so I repeated what I wanted about 3 times. The girl seemed agitated that I had to repeat it and irritated when I came to the window, hence why I'm assuming she asked if I was high. Very disrespectful!! I won't be visiting here again.

I placed my order and paid at the kiosk. There was no employee at the counter. I was the only customer inside the store. There were 12 cars in line at the drive through. In the next 20 minutes I got no service, I saw NO ONE actually working even though I saw about 8 employees walk by gabbing and carrying on. There was no one at the drive through window, fry station, or sandwich station all this time. I asked 4 different employees about my order and was totally ignored. Another employee finally came to the front counter. I asked her about my order and she said she didn't know, she just started her shift. Then she just stood there. I told her she needed to find out. Then I saw someone in the back walk into view and I shouted at her to find my order. Finally several people manned their stations and prepared my order. When I left the same cars were still sitting in the drive through and not one had been served. I had seen the drive through person walk by several times with his headphones off and hanging around his neck.
