Subway

If I could give this subway a 0 star I would!! I ordered my dinner online which is very self explanatory and they gave me the complete wrong choice of meat. I mean seriously!! I call once I am home and they say “you can bring the sandwich back and we can make you a new one” WHATS THE POINT!! I’m not driving 30 minutes round trip for a mess that they couldn’t correct the first time. I’ve also had experiences with hard bread, hair in my food and wrong orders. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO TO THE SAVAGE LOCATION!! I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THE PRIOR LAKE LOCATION!! They care!!

Wow. The woman working was arguing with a poor customer when THEY made his 6 sandwich order wrong. She refused to fix the subs and was embarrassing the customer in front of a store full of other customers saying..i don't understand why placing your order was so hard for you. Sir..that's a lot of money to ask us to fix. She looked visibly annoyed and it was one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. I left without ordering because of her inappropriate behavior. Subway, I would recommend that you look into getting rid of this employee. She is a detriment to your image.

I came in to get a sandwich, wasn't greeted or nothing but was able to hear a loud sigh... The person who was making my sandwich was completely not friendly, his name was Logan didn't say hello or nothing... I go to Subway a lot and I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had, Logan either need to have a attitude check or find a different job... I've always been greeted and had a happy experience.... A positive Attitude towards a customer is always a good thing to have in which logan did not have .... On top of that my sandwich was prepared sloppy.. got home and eating my sandwich was a disaster. No thank you or nothing.
