Panda Express

This Panda Express location can be easily located because it is near other popular establishments like Starbucks, Target and Cold Stone Creamery. They are pretty quick to take your order and very efficient when it comes to preparing your food and after paying. I would suggest trying their new entrees because they tend to release good entrees that would elevate your experience. I would normally get Honey Walnut Shrimp. It is pretty good. Then, I would also get the ever so good, Orange Chicken and their Chow Mein. Parking won't be a problem since they are located at an establishment circle, so there would be more likely have a space of your car, whether it is big or not. I also like the fact that they are very happy to assist you and would greet all the customers whenever they come here.

Went on a Sunday evening. The lines were long and online orders kept coming in as well. It seems like they were more worry about packing the online orders first than the walk-in waiting customers. Waited more than 30 minutes until my turn. Also the fried rice were under cooked. The noodles were mostly vegetables because they were getting low. Definitely not going back to this location.

Horrible customer service. I will not go to this one again. I ordered $92 worth of food and they shorted me my order of 6 chicken egg rolls by only giving me one. I tried to call them twice and they refused to answer so I had to drive there. When I got there they told me I would have to wait for them to be cooked so I had to settle for spring rolls and when I asked to have a small to compensate me for my troubles and gas and they refused after I spent $92 on the food. So rude.

I am a delivery driver been delivering for you guys for 4 months the first 3.5 years I deliver for you the food is always ready but the last 6 months it’s been awful , never ready and always having to wait , they don’t value our time . I have been professional but enough is enough . We don’t get paid to wait and the order should be done when we arrive , I understand if your very buisy or an occasional wait but not every single time and not when the store is empty . It doesn’t matter what time I fine it’s always a wait and it’s very unproffesional and rude . How about you guys makes changes and call the delivery company’s and have us come later so we arnt waisting time please .

Very poor service.Didn t have price of chowmain on menu,so I had to wait in line just to find out it was 640.Long lines short staff.When I complained about being forced to being in line,Some rude lady customer,say if you don t like you can leave, nobodys making you stand in line,and an argument started,and on of the workers told me I to leave premises.
