Wow! I just had the MOST delicious egg salad sandwich. Made with organic ingredients and Sage Bakehouse sourdough. I’m so happy they have opened their doors and are once again selling food items. I have been grabbing a curbside oat milk latte for myself and peach delight smoothie for my kids for a couple months and I was excited to try the food items. They have all necessary procedures and protocols in place to keep their staff and customers health and safety a priority. I highly recommend!

Don’t go here unless you like hippie vegan drinks with no sugar in them. The berry bliss tastes like vomit and everything is very bitter. Peaches in the peach delight were not ripe. The ingredients in these smoothies don’t make sense and it’s ridiculously expensive. Tread at your own risk.

There are many reasons why I love Terra Verde. I love that they use only organic ingredients in their smoothies and food. My first experience was ordering "The Hulk" smoothie. It is very filling and delicious! During my stay in Santa Fe, I have ordered it just about everyday, adding extra add-ons to take it up a notch. The staff and owner are very friendly. I love all the natural light that pours into their restaurant in a non-invasive way and love the clean-cut decor. One day I walked in and they had these very beautiful exotic flowers on display. That little touch of sweetness goes a long way and to this day I still think about those flowers. Thank you Terre Verde for serving such nutritious foods and drinks for us health nuts. Oh...and I love the array of Vegan options!

I love the remodel to the cafe and the new menu! Usually only run in for a Verde juice; hydrating sweetness is my favorite, but after hearing from several people about the smoothie bowls, I just had to try... I definitely was not disappointed. I've tried all 3 and I don't know which one is my favorite. The bowls are a lot larger than I was expecting, you can easily share between two people. The smoothies are also freakin amazing!
Yall are friendly and willing to answer my hundreds of questions I had about the new menu, I appreciate you!

In town for the weekend and stumbled on this gem! Hard to find all-organic places on the road, so was pleasantly surprised. Had the Blue Abyss which was awesome and recommend. Staff was really friendly and well worth the price.

Since the new owners have taken over this place hasn’t missed a beat. I love the new menu additions and the customer service is excellent. They have gone above and beyond during the pandemic keeping customers and staff safe. I’m not a rich dude, but have no problem spending extra cash on super clean healthy food, you are getting what you pay for here. This place is is 5 stars all around!

Whenever I am in town for a hike I like to come by and pick up a snack or have lunch here. I recommend the Carpe Diem smoothie and the Matcha Truffles (which my kids love) to give you a nice energy boost! It is also a friendly environment that has adapted to the new pandemic norms well.

My go to restaurant for a healthy lunch! The tuna melt sandwich is a favorite. I often get the Moroccan quinoa salad to go. The staff is super friendly and the space feels clean and comfortable; important to me these days.
