Kfc

Dreadful service. Made an order of around $25 and drove into town about 15 minutes later to pick it up. We are about 20 miles from the KFC and it was evening rush house so it took a good 20 to 25 minutes to get there. I went through the order line and the man working it, said there was no record of the order. He checked again...no record. That tells me everything about how this business is being run. I used to buy chicken at KFC when I lived here about 10 years ago...no problem and good food. Now? I will never go there again.

Bought the chicken tenders family meal. Was over $40. I was in a hurry and never checked the order. I really should have. Got mashed potatoes instead of french fries, no dipping sauces, no silverware. Biscuits were hard as a rock as was the chicken, mac and cheese was old . Turns out the best thing was the mashed potatoes wich I did not order. Talk about a waste of money. Stay away far away. KFC used to be decent not anymore or at least not the one here.

Extremely rude staff here. The woman working the drive thru took forever to swipe my card, told me it wouldn't read and walked away. I waited about 2 minutes before she came back. When she returned, I asked if it wouldn't read or if it was declined and she said it was declined with a smirk and once again, walked away. I then went inside to sort it out l, swiped my own card and it immediately went through. She said "the drive thru reader sometimes doesn't work". I'm just bewildered, if you know your reader has problems, you shouldn't turn away service when you know the solution. My suggestion is to drive a few more minutes to a different location. Would also like to add, it's basic human decency to not just stare at someone who says hello to you.

This visit was probably one of my worst! The grumpy rude young man at the window taking orders got my order wrong, when I corrected him, he snapped "that's not what you said" and slammed the window shut. EXCUSE ME I know what I ordered because that's all I will eat from here. He proceeded to take his time and showed me he was doing so (he purposely took a good 2 minutes for him to give me ONE coke while he stood and chatted with his coworker). My order was still made wrong and there was no corn or cheese in ANY of our famous bowls. I really wanted to get my money back but what a hassel that would have been. I have a big family and we won't be going there NO MORE!

The amount of times this KFC has been out of chicken, out of an item, or requires 30 minutes to make chicken for you has been pretty unreal. It is apparent that management is consistently unaware of how to stock appropriately, and/or prepare for any sort of lunch or dinner rush. The only reason this branch is still open is due to the fact that it’s the only one in Santa Fe. Customer service is incessantly horrid and I will avoid getting food here at any cost.
