Hardee's

If I could leave zero stars, I would’ve. No chicken tenders available for the little ones. Only hot dogs that clearly got pulled off the griller from the convenience store inside. I got two hamburger meals. And everything was COLD. I don’t mean luke warm, it was like they just pulled it out of the fridge before serving it to me. On top of it, taking cash from me seemed to be a problem. This was the first time I have eaten at Hardee’s and expected much better since I’ve only heard great things about it. Disappointed for sure.

I have been going to this location for several years and it hasn’t been the best experience up until the last two weeks. They seem to have made some changes to the staff or operations because the service is much faster and the food tastes better. I deducted a star however because today I received a cold burger for lunch. Could not go back because I only get 30 mins for lunch. The manager offered to comp my meal on the next visit so if that goes well I will raise the star rating. In the past I would have given a two star rating.
