Zaxby's

Pulled up to the drive through. The lady said, "I'll be with you in just a minute." I waited 10 minutes before saying "Hello? Are you there? Got no response so I pulled around and parked to go inside. I saw the lady at the drive through window as I drove by. I went inside and could see the folks in the back were more interested in laughing and joking around vs getting food prepared for the line of cars around the building or the three people in front of me who had already ordered and were waiting on their food. I got tired of waiting and left. Wendy's got my money today.

We came to Zaxbys at 4 PM on Tuesday 3/16/2021. We waited 15 minutes before we were even greeted. There was no one else in line. Olivia W finally took our order after 15 minutes. She offered no apology for our wait. We then waited again for another 15 minutes and finally received our order. The check number was 2354. I ordered fried mushrooms and received a half order of lukewarm mushrooms. My girlfriend ordered wings and said they were “satisfying.” It seems as if this location doesn’t have great management. I probably won’t come back.

Employees were friendly and professional. Place was clean. The wait for my food seemed sort of long for the small number of people that were in the restaurant eating. I got the house salad with grilled chicken. The salad had very little chicken on it. Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants maybe this location wad just having a bad day.

Although I've been going here a long time and it used to be fine, the amount of times theyve forgotten items over the past several months is ridiculous. You always have to check your food before leaving, they consistently forget to give you the second sauce when ordering a 6 finger plate, and today I was not thorough in checking and they shorted me an entire tender. I can understand the sauce to an extent, but forgetting an integral part of a meal is unacceptable. Even though the food is good, it gets really hard to justify going here when you have to be paranoid about getting everything you paid for.
