Dunkin'

This review is for the DD that is new in Sanford, on Horner Blvd., NOT the gas station that has the little serve yourself stuff. First time going there...fellow that packed our doughnuts got glaze all over the box (didn't even attempt to wipe it off). Ordered an egg and bacon sandwich with NO CHEESE. Took this order home and discovered they decided there should be cheese, BUT NO EGG on an EGG AND BACON SANDWICH. The girl that packaged our sandwiches just dropped the bag on the counter and said "Here ya go.", turned back to the drive thru...no "Have a nice day" or "Thank you" or even a "Kiss my a**"... This is definitely not a way to run any kind of business. I'll take my business to Roasted and Toasted for coffee and Sandra's Bakery for my doughnuts!!

Screwed up a simple order. Just amazing. The guy acted confused when I asked for no cheese on a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich and asked for me to confirm the order. I did. He seemed to read it back to me, but when I checked the receipt he had written it wrong. The person prepped the order according to his terrible instructions and left off the egg, but included the cheese. So it was wrong. When I called, the manager apologized and said I should write her name on the receipt, bring the receipt back and get a new (made to my complicated "no cheese" specifications) - instead of the disgusting cheesey bacon bagel that I received.
