Service is always good, and plenty fast. They must have had a new waitress at some point but overall very good. Been coming for a few years now. Only place to get some of the food they serve like menudo.

This is the worst restaurant we have ever ordered from, everything from hair in the queso to refried beans that looked like soup beans without the beans. I brought it home and we threw it all in the trash. Never again. If in Sanford, go to San Felipe for Mexican food.

This place is definitely authentic.. I especially enjoyed the ambiance that the flies gave the place🥴. I really did enjoy the food though. I just think they should keep their fans on in an effort to keep the flies away from customers food. But like I said both my husband and I enjoyed the flavors of the food very tasty.. And I believe we will go back if they get rid of the flies. I’m sure it’s not like that all the time but I just had to be honest about my experience. The servers were excellent though!

A few years ago I had a horrible experience with this place and swore I would never return but recently decided to give them another try.
I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The food quality has certainly improved. Each order I made was perfect. The ACP was outstanding and so was the cheese sauce.
They are also on DoorDash which is great and it really shows the food is made to order considering it gets to my door piping hot!
Can’t wait to try more and am so proud they’ve improved in the past few years

Food was so fresh and HOT we actually had to wait a little before eating. Everything we ordered was well seasoned. Customer service was great even in their busiest time. It was very busy tonight. They did not stop moving at all and always made sure everything was ok on our table.

I love this place! Great food, prices are good and services always excellent! When I visit North Carolina and make sure I come to this restaurant at least once a week. I'm never disappointed! Never disappointed! Check them out! Very authentic!
