My friend & I got hot honey wings, buffalo wings, loaded fries & a strawberry lemonade yesterday. I guess some food spots get an overwhelming amount of bad reviews because people mostly go out of their way to leave reviews after bad experiences. I wasn’t gonna leave a review until I saw all of the bad ones. I’ve had Charley’s like 3x. It’ll be my 4th later today. Never had an issue. Food hits every time 👍🏽

Was very pleased with the customer service I received from a worker named Andrew or the manager special with a loaded fry and Parmesan chicken me and my three kids enjoyed it very clean restaurant great customer service overall would recommend it to anyone and would definitely be coming back

I watched Emanuel take the order, cook the food, and send the customer on their way for 5 people. He was all by himself and literally did everything from beginning to end. His customer service was absolutely amazing and I hope financially he is being well taken care of if he is made to work a shift by himself. This 5 start review is strictly because of Emanuel and his customer service

Today was my first day trying this new spot
today it was a black boy with loc's on the grill
and a black girl with glasses putting the bread in
the machine those 2 was swinging out orders
from left to right non stop and my sub was so
deliciousss and I wanted light mayo and it was
the perfect amount no errors I will be coming
back more and next time I come I'm giving them
a biggg tip
