Dairy Queen

What’s nice about Dairy Queen is you go there knowing what your going to get thanks to there consistency and hard working employees. Especially the drive thru window worker, didn’t catch the fellows name but he told me to park while waiting on food and I didn’t even wait a minute and my food was ready not only that they hustled out unlike any fast worker I’ve seen. If this is seen please give the worker at the drive thru window on November 12th 2022 around 7pm, he deserves it.

We stopped in for a treat. The line for the drive-thru was long, out into the road, about 5 cars. It was moving ok. Our wait was about 15-20 minutes. We ordered 3 large Blizzards. We waited about 3 minutes at the window while paying and receiving our order. Once we got it, it was good. The ice cream was soft and quick to melt. The lot was cleaned and picked. The restaurant seemed clean also from what we could see. The staff was friendly but not moving real fast. Overall this was a good visit. We recommend this place.

Today I ordered three chicken strip baskets, and when I got home all that was in my bag were three containers of chicken strips. No fries. No garlic bread. No honey mustard. BUT when I called the lady that answered the phone was very nice, and apologetic. She encouraged me to pull around to the front, and insisted my things would be brought right out, and they were. The person that brought out the bag was wearing a belly shirt, and some low black shorts, and that was unexpected, but the lady on the phone was exceptional, and I’m all for a mistake that can be happily corrected. Hands down our family will continue our business here.

The staff here are the most friendly, bubbly, and energetic people! Although most are teens, I get exceptional service from them unlike many other places with young workers. They have never messed up an order, answer questions well, are very patient and helpful, and always find ways to joke with you and show they genuinely care about you as a customer. Plus, they never forget to flip the Blizzards! That should be a bummer because you'd end up with a free one, but instead it makes me proud of them to know they are doing what they're supposed to be, accurately and efficiently. If you do have to wait a few minutes for something, they immediately let you know and explain why you're waiting too. Love the Sandy DQ team!
