Big Boy

I love the buffet, especially chicken tortilla soup - Yum! Yum! Everything is tasty, colorful, & appetizing. Only one small complaint. A couple of waitresses don't work well. They don't look after all the tables. I forget their names (I'll try to pay closer attention next visit) but they'll stand doing nothing or talking to friends while we're trying to get her attention for more coffee. But, that's just a couple. The rest of your staff is great - friendly & attentive. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a classic breakfast and asked for grilled onion on my hash browns. The waitress brought my plate back twice with raw onions on my hash browns. When I complained she told me I was wrong that the onions were grilled. She tried to charge us for a meal we did not eat and was super rude when the food wasn’t right. We frequent this restaurant but will be boycotting this place for awhile due to our poor service.

Due to the coronavirus state mandatory order of wearing masks in all public places, I noticed that waitresses, cooks & other employees weren't wearing any kind of face coverings. This bothered me. We had ours on when entering & exiting. I also saw a patron enter & was seated without wearing a face covering. If this virus continues, I hope you change your policy. Have a good day.

So disappointed in my family's experience today. Took an hour and two trips up their for my order to be right. Food was old and cold, my kids wouldn't even eat it, if I could have returned the food and got my money back I would have. I apologized to manager for being a bother and that they lost 4 customers tonight. My family will not be returning.

Went to big boy a week ago, our waitress was very slow , food was cold by the time we got it!...decided to give it another try today....the waitress was excellent!! Our food was fresh & hot, she did an amazing job!! Glad we decided to give it another try, we will be going back!! I also think the prices are good!
