Panera Bread

The staff here are very pleasant and engaging. The food is served fast and as has always been my experience with Panera, everything tasted absolutely delicious. As noted by many other reviews, the food is a bit on the pricey side. But once you taste it you get the feeling you're getting your money's worth. That being said I'm giving 3 out of 5 stars because they could have done a little bit better with the cleanliness. While I wouldn't describe the place as "filthy," it was far below the level of the standard I've become used to at this chain. Bathrooms and dining area needed a once over.

This was the second time I had ever been in this Panera Bread. I visited this one on Nov. 5 th. 2020. The first was like 15 years ago. I didn't know how the place worked and how things were done. These nice young people, both ladies and men were so kind to me. From the ones that took my order to the ones that finished it. I was a little late getting my order and the nice young man behind the counter offered to warm it up for me. The food was excellent. The lemonade was delicious. Very clean and comforting. Great place with a great staff. Will come again soon.

This is a good restaurant with food that’s okay. I went here and had a cookie, which I thought tasted okay. The staff were very nice, which I liked. I left the restaurant after I finished my cookie and continued on with my day. I gave this restaurant four stars because it had okay food and nice staff.

I always wanted to visit a Panera Bread so finally my sister and I went. I didn't care for it. It was ok but wasn't really my cup of tea. The soup bowl was ok but didn't care for it when the bowl gets all soggy. The bread that came with me and my sister soup was really hard so we didn't eat that. The cookie and roll was ok but nothing to brag on. I won't visit again but it's not because it was nasty it's just not my cup of tea is all. Very clean and great customer service. Thanks...

By far the worst management team in the area. Wait 15 minutes in drive-thru they finally give us our order with only one of the 2 sandwiches we ordered. 5 minutes later give us another sandwich the missing sandwich which was the wrong sandwich. Then they make excuses to why all this is happening because they have a full screen, employees calling off and rapid orders take presidence over drive-thru orders which may explain why we are drive-thru for 20 minutes. Terrible Service. Finally just had to get refund and go elsewhere.

I worked with the catering director and she suggested that I use the Panera App. I took her advice and it turned out that UI and UX was awesome! In addition it was extremely comforting to know that all food was individually wrapped, except bagels and pastry items. All food was covered when delivered and set-up. I had ordered all of this for a light breakfast at the funeral home before the mass started and while the showing was going on. It was great that Panera staff did a wonderful job and gave me one less thing to worry about! Kudos and thanks!
