We new delivery time would be slow as we were ordering on a Saturday so that was acceptable, When the order was delivered it was missing a drink which was delivered straight to us after a call. But the food was so bad we didn't eat it, duck was defiantly crispy too the point of breaking teeth oh and completely cold, the only thing special about the special chow mein was it was especially cold and incredibly dull. I am sure when these guys are not run off there feet at less busy times the food might be acceptable but we could of eaten out for the cost of this and it was well below par.

Please read reviews people!! Had a Thai ordered for valentines. Arrived half an hour late! Thai green curry was like dishwater. And pad Thai tastes rotten. Thai fish cakes were like an old bit of rubber! Called to complain and offered a new takeaway. Asked for a refund but refused. £40 down the drain! Used a while back and it was lovely, so don’t know what an earth has happened. Very annoyed spoilt evening completely. Sat hungry at 10pm! Inedible!!!

Waited 1 and half hours for the food. When we telephoned to inquire where our takeaway was.... we were told "It's just leaving now" I wish I could say the customer service was the worst thing .... but.... no The food was fowl... Ribs were not edible. Rice wasn't cooked. Duck was fried until it was solid.... got nothing off it. Sweet n sour sauce was like vinegar. ChargeD wrong and got no drinks when delivered. YUCK!!!!!!!

I have always ordered from you but never again my order was over n hour n 20mins the korma is usually yummy but tonight it was vile the chicken strips arrived black not eatable it cost £27 n apart from a few mouthfuls it's gone in the bin such a disappointment £27 down the drain the man on the phone was not helpful whatsoever n told to write a review? Will never use the kitchens again 😔

If your thinking of ordering food from this place then I would seriously think again. Have now ordered 4 times, the first 3 times we gave them the benifit of the doubt but last night was the last time I will ever use them. Everytime they say it will be delivered in 1 hour, after 2 hours of waiting and calling them, everytime I’ve been told my order is with the driver and will be with you in 5 mins, which is clearly a lie as we have had to wait at least 30 mins longer. Last night we waited nearly 3 hours and when it finally arrived it was stone cold and wrong.. If you still want to order from them be prepared to wait a long time and expect your order to be wrong and cold. If you want a nice takeaway I would seriously look elsewhere

First time we ordered we were very impressed, good food -came hot was excellent. 2nd time chicken balls were dry, crispey chilli beef was luck warm and stuck together like it had been sitting there for ages, stodgy rice, sweet and sour sauce was like water and tasteless and not impressed at all, very disappointed we don't be ordering from them again.

Third time almost consecutively that we have ordered from here and it has gone down hill now to say the least. Used to be our number one regular. The Food is always perfect and red hot however the order process and customer service is now beyond joke. On one occasion the call taker could not get his head around what was being ordered despite it being on the menu as well as having the number dictated to him and the dish literally spelled out. This has happened a couple times now. Since then we have waited unbelievably long for food to arrive (almost 2hrs is not an exaggeration). Tonight was the final straw. Ordered online (as have done before, to avoid speaking to the person that couldn't understand our order). Took forever....chased it up to be told that there is a problem with the website......so why did it send us a confirmation email then?? I understand that at peak times, we will have to plan ahead and wait in line. However, today is, Tuesday!!! We have called in to order before on other occasions and been told the Kitchen is Closed as so busy, which we have no issue with whatsoever. We would rather the standards are maintained at the cost of holding off orders. However, unfortunately we are now told food will be an hour and it ends up taking two. If you set the customers expectations, YOU MUST MEET THEM!! This review is written after having been waiting for an hour and forty mins only to be told that it is not even started. Therefore it is hot headed i'm sure. but We're now hungry as well as tired after a long arduous day of graft. I'm sure the majority of staff are hard working and skilled but some simple rules.....1) Staff should know the menu inside out. 2) Be Honest and transparent about your situation. 3) Deliver your promises, or don't make them at all. 4) Make our monthly treat a special one. The quality of your food knocks spots of everyone in the area!!!!!! The customer service fails you.

Worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Steer clear of here! Food arrived looking and tasting like it had been left out over night. So, I asked for a new, fresh dish to be sent. An hour later it arrived - cold. So, I called up to simply ask for a refund. I was repeatedly told by the manager that the ‘food was not cold madam.’ I said ‘well, one of us is right and one of us is wrong.’ The manager replied ‘well I’m not wrong.’ So I asked if he was calling me a liar, to which he did not reply. After battling for 10 mins he agreed to refund me £5.90 for my crispy Chilli beef. All of this on my 25th birthday. Terrible customer experience and god awful food.
