Starbucks

Staff was friendly, do feel like my order was slightly off but that could subjective call. Drive through can get a little long and hairy. Outside pergola eating/drinking area. Generally, a clean Starbucks. Kid Friendly * kid Friendly food/drink options * High chairs available * changing table in universal bathroom. Handicap accessible *Handicap parking *Handicap accessessible bathrooms that are spacious and not confined.

Well, I am having to retract my last review. I had a really good experience this morning. Even though it was 5:45 am, staff was very friendly and helpful (I am not an expert on the Starbucks lingo) when asked about the size of my drink, Michelle saw my anxiety on what to say and she made it simple for me, “large medium or small” and she got my name spelled right!!! Very nice experience overall!

I normally would not leave a bad review but this has been going on for a year. My dad comes in there three or four times a week and orders in English breakfast tea with one scoop of ice. Not only does he get the latte he gets charged for the latte and he doesn’t get ice in it but they might make his tea but then they put flavoring in it. Will you please go over how to make an English breakfast tea with 1 cup of ice it’s really simple. And when he tells them that they charged him for the wrong thing or made the wrong thing they argue with him it shouldn’t be this complicated.

This location tends to have a rough crowd lurking around the shared property. Surrounded by other good stores though. It's staffed well and with good employees who take pride in service and never got our orders wrong. Inside it's clean and friendly as any of them always are. Their portion of the lot is cleaned and maintained well.

No one acknowledge me when I walked in, but the team member that I held the door open was acknowledged by this young lady with glasses. The young lady with glasses let me stand there for several minutes, the gentleman running drive thru then came over and asked my name and gave me my order that was waiting on the counter along with several others.

My family and I came to this Starbucks tonight at 9:20pm I took my 3 kids to the restroom and after went to the counter to order a coffee and I hear the guy on shift talking to the woman about not serving us. the lady then told me she needs to call her boss to ask if she can take my order since they close at 9:30.. it was 9:34 at this point. she then pretended to call her boss and her boss said she couldnt take my order. so i asked why they couldn't tell me as soon as i walk in to order before 9:30.. they wouldnt answer and were very rude. I do not reccomentld this store until they get customer service figured out.
