Panda Express

I ordered a orange chicken and white rice plate. The orange chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a long time and was not hot. The white rice was clumpy. I also got a glass bottle of sprite that was supposed to be sitting in ice but it all had melted. It was room temperature. I also ordered a bowl and asked for more honey walnut shrimp. They said they could only give 7 pieces even though there was still room in the bowl. It was $1.25 extra for the honey walnut shrimp “premium entree”.

If I could give it 0 stars I could the food is good enough but they are always out of options or the food is a wait. This store needs new management really really bad been coming here since highschool there’s always a line because the employees are so slow and poorly trained often times the manager is seen through the back doorway also doing nothing when they are completely out of orange chicken. I like Panda Express but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever seen, go to the one in Novato or Marin city.

I love me some panda express. Inusually like to take chinese food once a week as a treat on Wednesdays. I live close by and I am happy about this location and also a Novato location. I like the service here and a building is pretty cool. Good food, good staff, clean - is most important part. I hat it when the place is dirty for real... in Los Angeles they pht grades on the restaurants depending on a quility of the place. And dirtyness is always a big factor. They should atart doing that in Bay Area for sho! Anyways this place is clean, so I am happy about that. Gladly come here on Wednesdays. Recomending!

Been here a few times and everytime about 60% of their options are gone, which I simply don't understand. It's never busy because of the pandemic so you'd think they'd at least have a little of everything. Girl taking and making my order was so rude and crude. Even though it's just a panda express, its still always an unpleasant experience. Oh forgot to add the worse part. I didn't get my fortune cookie
