I went in the morning and it wasn't busy. I was the only one there, which was nice. While they are missing some ingredients due to supply chain issues I found that the service was very pleasant. Toto, I believe was very kind and helpful in explaining the drinks and options. I got a matcha smoothie drink and it was good, refreshing and made quickly.

The drinks are good there, I like it better than stonestown Jamba Juice. But I was feeling anxious and the staff was rude, like not saying thank you or anything after I was done, when they said that to all of the other customers. It really made me sad, but at least the smoothie was good. I tried to apologize but was ignored too. Please do something about this, I can’t confront but I think all customers should be treated equally. The staff in general just seem disinterested and it’s not a good experience.

I don’t bother writing reviews but I am a regular at this location and have really had it with one of the employees. She clearly hates her job and makes it well known to the customers. Extremely unpleasant and frankly do not understand how someone like this could have even been hired into a customer service position. From now on I will be going elsewhere when I see her working.

These young girls messed up my order 3 times and not only that they were told there was an allegedly and they still put it. My friend had to unfortunately use her epilepsy pen. They don't know how to properly fill the drinks and on top of that they put more syrup then fruit. You're better off buying a crapis sun.

I previously had a 5 star review posted until - Casey. My daughter and I avoid this place like the plague at this point because of her. She's so absolutely rude that it's uncomfortable. My daughter and I have had a total of 4 run ins with her (collectively). Walk in and she's counting money and when asked if I can order she said "hold on". Never greets you. You say thank you, she says nothing. Just walks away. She seems as though she hates her life. We have reached out to Marissa, the DM, multiple times with zero response. Will not be spending money at this location.

Service is very slow and rude. I ordered two items and it took them to complete the order 15 minutes. Customer service is unacceptable. Rude, slow and doesn't even provide smile to their customer. Literally thought my drink was next the customer rep says ' that not yours with a rude voice. Customers after me received my order before mine. This location has gone downhill in service regardless what time and day of the week. Worst is during the weekend. Too bad this location is my local Jamba Juice. If you want a rude service the go the location. Otherwise go find another location. For the price we pay we deserve good service
