I actually like Pot Pies here. Can't find them in other KFS's around the world :( Here is great, tasty hot pot pies. Returning here just to enjoy them

Slow service. Staff helped drive thru but ignored walk in .. I placed my order then i went home then noticed the popcorn chicken, fries, macaroni n cheese and drink for myself and the Chicken pot pie and cold slaw for my husband was Totally messed up. The popcorn chicken was only filled half way in box and there was no chicken only dried up crust bites. The fries were loose in bag. I didn't get the dipping sauces I asked for.
My husband enjoyed the hot Chicken pot pie and cold slaw. Awful service.!!?

I have been living in San Mateo for 4 years and decided to give the KFC downtown a try. I had a rather complicated order and Ramona L. was absolutely fabulous! She was patient during the ordering process, provided insightful recommendations, always had a smile and was always willing to go above and beyond with providing sauces, plates, utensils, receipts, etc. I left pleasantly surprised and will have to visit again especially is Ramona and staff continue the great service!

If only I can give lower than 1 star. Rude and angry manager/cashier. I placed an order and she was writing and during that time I wanted to add few more order. Her rude reply was ‘do you any more, I said no, and then she says you sure?’ Wow! Felt so in my face type attitude. If they don’t like to work, don’t work. I hope they do performance review and hire ppl who actually wants to work. Worst experience. Took the joy of my late lunch/early dinner. 😠

After Doordash completely messed up my order from KFC I was pretty upset. I went over to this location and Cristal was so kind and said she would fix my order. I know KFC didn't have to, but Cristal was nice enough to make it right. She was very friendly and I left a happy customer. Thanks Cristal! You are awesome!

It's about average for a KFC. Couple of new guys going through training, but seems like a decent crew. I'm not a huge Chicken fan so I'm not the best judge in that department, but for a KFC, it's Just what you'd expect...
Now if it was an A&W one... Then I'd be excited as heck to tell you about it.

Slow service. Bad customer service. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes because they didn't tell us it was going to take 14 minutes for the popcorn chicken to be ready. And the few times ive gone here they are always out of something. Whether its chicken or a side.

They changed for large and gave small and night manager said bring in receipt and she would refund - any time! Next morning I go in and she is “on vacation” and the manager for day shift only wants to refund $2.44! Excuse me but I was TOLD I would be refunded entire meal $10.01 for the trouble of having to come back to get my refund. Liars and thieves are here...
