I was super excited to see the delivered dessert pizzas !! The Bavarian is AWESOME lol the cicis back home doesnt do desserts sonit was a great treat! Grubhub delivered to the hotel within 25 mins and the food was hot and fresh! Would def recommend them !

We went fir dinner and it was clean and everyone was very friendly and I requested a certain pizza and they made it with no problem. The restroom was clean and well stocked. We will definitely eat here again.

Got there right when they opened the girl in the register had the worst attitude makes customers not come back. She didn't greet or thank me and the whole time since we got there she never moved from the same spot she was leaning on the counter on her phone the whole time laziest thing I've ever seen. Then u would think the pizza would be fresh since they just opened but it was stale and old.

Asked for a special pizza. When it came out wrong I politely asked them to make the correct pizza. Instead the woman who was bragging she had “been there a year” just threw the missing toppings on the pizza and refired it. Giving me a burnt still incorrect pizza. Don’t go here!

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. They will make a pizza to order for you. Masks aren't required but they do like for customers to wear one when you fill up at the buffet. The prices are affordable for what you get. There is a small games room for kids. Drinks are self serve with regular and large drink choices. Will come again.

Seriously the freshest and most crispy salad in town cannot be beat! And don’t get me started on that most delicious spinach pizza (love it! )Cicis is my happy place because of their hot fresh Delicious pizza ready to go and not to mention their dessert ready to go! Nice and clean restaurant. Walked in immediately greeted and cashed out with no trouble. Food was fresh and plentiful at the buffet. They also did really good with keeping up with replenishing the buffet when needed. Only thing I can say that's a negative was the "Arcade" that they had was pretty sad. It was a really small room with no real actual games. Only claw machines etc. And your little prize machines you see by doors of retail stores. Otherwise it was great. Four stars.

Employees were rude. They even embarrassed a homeless person infront of customers. Then the same girl who embarrassed the man went and served herself a plate to eat. Not even 30 minutes after opening. Pathetic. All the Employees in there were laughing about the homeless man. Your restaurant is trash as well as the women working there.
