Ordered a delivery from this KFC outlet through Doordash, and I was not disappointed. I ordered their 8 pcs fried chicken bucket for around $22 excluding delivery charge and tips. I scheduled it to arrive at a certain time and they were right on time! The fried chicken was crispy and juicy with enough cruncy bits and pieces which I love about fried chickens! The price is a bit on the higher end for me but I am satisfied and would order again.

So I never indulge in KFC or any other fried food for that matter because of my health. But yesterday was going to be an exception for my husband. I went out of my way to go to KFC, and the chicken was so bad he couldn’t eat it, and neither could I. It probably cost me $15 in gas, and a $36 bucket of chicken that my dog really didn’t even want to eat. It was like lightly fried batter that wasn’t cooked all the way, and saturated in oil. So when you picked up the chicken it just hung from it Gross. I thought that maybe it was a delivery gone bad and they pawned the bucket off on me. I am frugal to begin with which makes it even more disappointing. Today we will scrap that flour off and try to make chicken salad or something- very expensive chicken salad. That is flour not chicken in the photo.

Anthony at the drive through goes hard and he just changed my whole dinner mood. He has the best attitude and was just making me laugh in the short time I was waiting on my chicken. Flor she was also part of my fun experience. I just had a hell of a day and was just trying to get a quick dinner and they both made my night. This location has some GREAT EMPLOYEES. Thanks yall 🔥

I just picked up the 4 piece combo at the KFC on Hopkins in San Marcos. The 2 wings & leg are ridiculously small. The breast is okay. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone,I’ve been trying for 15 min. Very disappointed in this because when you pay that much for 3 bites is beyond acceptable! I wouldn’t have given 1 star but there was nothing else lower to hit. I’m sure no one will respond. When I was there, they were NOT busy at all. So that cannot be an excuse. Keep driving, there’s got to be better chicken else where!

Just spent $33 for undercooked chicken! Tenders were cooked correctly and hot, but had green fuzz cooked into some of them. I guess maybe a scrubber used in fryer; thats what it looks like. Bone in chicken is mushy, raw batter. Try to pick a piece up and the batter that is cooked sticks to your fingers while the rest is already stuck to another piece, the bucket or fallen off. I will recook it myself in my air fryer, only reason i didnt go back for my money. Havent ate here in about a year and after todays visit will not be returning ever!

I've eaten here three times since this location has opened and every time I've been disappointed. Any special flavored chicken has always tasted bland and was overly greasy, and there is a whole meal worth of sides that never actually made it into my bag. Their chicken sandwich is the weakest out of the recent craze, but at least the pickles on it are good.

This location is one of the most off hard-to-get a hold of locations because there's signs have time for open but they're never open on those times they open late they close early they don't ever answer their phone I was on trying to get a hold of him for over 30 minutes because he messed up my order and I didn't want to drive 20 minutes across town to find out that they were closed but the people were inside but nobody would come to the door got the order wrong no one was available to fix it so I contacted them the next day and they told me tough luck should have come in that day 8 said I did y'all were closed and you wouldn't answer the phone, just shrugged shoulders at me and said file a complaint. Horrible
