Jack-in-the Box

Surprisingly impressed with how they work with the Covid issue. Super clean ordering area. Clearly marked instructions. I'm not a fast food person but my brother wanted pancakes and Bills didn't have dining outside. No comparison to Bills 😅 but it worked in the pinch. The employees were super friendly as well.

EDIT: Xavier is always so nice and attentive. He always brings my food to me if I’m dining in since he knows it’s hard for me (I’m in a wheelchair). The soda machine is kind of hard to reach (even though there is a handicapped button the other buttons are too high up so I can’t reach them) so a lot of times Xavier will help me get my drink or ask one of the other employees to help which I appreciate. The main problem I’ve had is when I’ve ordered through door dash (because I was sick and couldn’t go myself but was craving a jumbo jack), the last 3 times my order was not correct. Either it had ketchup which I specify I DON’T want, or it has regular fries when I order onion rings

It feels odd to rate a fast food place with 4 stars, so here's my reasoning; most people have already tried some food from Jack in the Box. You either like it or you don't. But for me it's about consistency. The food is the same at every Jack in the Box no matter where you are. You will always get what you expect, the food will taste the same, be the same temperature, the same portion size, and the average wait time will be the same. I can always count on those things, and I love that!
