My crispy honey chicken was not crispy at all and food was bland no real flavor. Egg rolls were okay they taste like ones you get from the grocery store.

Ordered online foe in-store pick-up only to arrive and find that the inside was closed/doors locked. So we had to get into the drive-thru line to pick up our food. I was irritated because the drive-thru line was very long, eight cars long, and we had to wait 22mins to get to the window to pick-up our online order. That wasn't the worst part, they forgot to give us part of our order. Then when I tried to call the store no one ever answered. Food was mediocre and service lacking.

The crew here does a great job all the way around. parking lot is clean the interior is immaculate the food is always fresh and satisfying great value try it out

Love Panda Express the bigger plate had orange chicken teriyaki chicken beef with broccoli all chow mein sometimes half and half with spring rolls delicious and quick

No teriyaki chicken ready, 18 to 20 min wait, so i end up getting what they have 1:37 pm
Employees really nice and food is great is just that i really wanted teriyaki..

This location is absolutely horrible, the staff here are the most lazy workers I have ever met, I came at 8 pm and ordered teriyaki chicken and the lady said it will take 30 min to cook and I said ok I'll wait, then a she said actually nvm we shut down the grills early today so you will have to choose something else....like really?

My first and last time buying anything at Panda Express, at least this one in San Jacinto , I ordered a 3 Entry and they changed me other stuff when finally I got my order left the drive thru window only to find out that they only pack 2 entry napkins no sauce really bad service very small portions..
