Pizza House

If I could I will give the customer service rating a 0 star rating. The food is great, but It was a very frustrating experience dealing with the lady serving as cashier today. She was very super unprofessional and lacked direct customer engagement by being on her phone texting, kissing her boyfriend, and not prioritizing the customer’s interaction with the order(s)I had to repeat myself all of times and felt genuinely unconsidered as if I wasn’t there.

You know what my family loves there pizza but today I called 15 min in advance on my way home from work so I can just walk in and pay and the pizza would be ready. But no They had me on hold and I was able to drive to the store before they even Pick the phone back up. When I did walk in the door it wasn’t even busy no being help lady just standing around. It would have been one thing if I walked in and they where busy full of people but they weren’t and the laby was shocked like she didn’t even know someone was on the phone waiting. I walk out and went somewhere else. It will be a while before I go back there. Very poor customer service.

Best salads on earth.....I don't even care for pineapples but they put them in their salads and they are delish Let me not forget how great there prices are! You'd spend more at pizza pizza than you would here and their menu isn't limited to pizza bread and chicken plus the customer service and quality of the food is so much better

Pizza is great however the last 2 times I have tried to call and place an order I get nothing but a busy signal. I tried to get through for a while too. Not just a couple times. Pretty sure somebody is taking the phone off the hook. Ended up going somewhere else since I don't have time to order in person and then wait.
