COMPLETE TRASH I have attempted ordering online through THEIR app multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I receive a notification saying that my order is being prepared and all that jazz. Then AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY i get a notification that my order has been CANCELLED! So I have wasted 30-50 minutes waiting for food for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Cold fries. No spoons or straws for frostys. Charged for double almonds on salad and only got one pack. Bacon crumbs covered in grease on salad instead of real bacon pieces. The grease was running off into the lettuce. Waited 10 minutes at drive thru speaker with one car at the window. Finally someone spoke to us at the speaker and told us to pull forward. Another 15 minutes sitting at the window waiting for food that obviously wasn’t fresh cooked. One lady taking orders and handing out food while another employee is dancing in the window where you pay. Had headphones in listening to music like they were at a concert dancing all over the place. Why have employees in the store if they aren’t going to do anything. Worst visit ever and that’s saying a lot since our local McDonald’s never gets food right and always has crazy wait times

While I understand that you are short-staffed and occasionally may have to close early, it is outrageous that you leave all of your lights on and do not put signs on the door or drive-thru menu that you are closed and not taking orders. What makes this worse is that you close at different times each night, this has happened 3 times in two weeks. Just put up a dang sign so I (and the other four people in line tonight) don't waste our time.

I haven't ever had a bad experience with the quality of food at this Wendy's, I have to give them that. But the length of wait on line at the drive-through is almost always ridiculous, regardless of how many cars are in line, and the workers there aren't usually the friendliest either. It's just a "rush rush, here's your food, next car please" mentality. That's the kind of thing that leads to wrong orders or messed up orders.

The drive thru is only open for online orders and doordash. the dining room is not open. this location always has very long wait times and are understaffed which is okay but none of the staff that is there seems to care about their jobs. the one across town isn’t any better either. seems to be a management issue at oth locations in Salisbury.

Worst Wendy's we've ever been to. Went to drive through and waited almost 5 minutes before the person in front of us was waited on. When it was our turn, the woman on the intercom said "I'll be with you in a minute". We waited another 5 minutes. My husband called out and asked if anyone was there and she said "I'll be with you in a minute" all the while we now have 6 cars behind us. People are coming out from the restaurant throwing trash out, with still no service. Finally after 10 minutes she helped us. If it weren't for the fact we were traveling, we would have just left. When we got up to the window to get our food, we told her we didn't want the drink carrier, but she handed it out anyway and the old woman with her said, "you can take your drinks out" and then shut the window. They were rude and obviously don't want their job for long. We tried to give them a second chance on another trip to NC and ordered a 4 for $4 and a $5 big bag. The woman told us that you can no longer have a bacon double stack, so we ordered the double stack, then asked for the junior bacon cheeseburger for the 4 for $4. Opening the bag after pulling out of the drive thru, they omitted the bacon on the junior bacon cheeseburger. I had to walk back up to the window and knock on it breeches no one would answer the door.l The restaurant was closed to people coming in the store. Once they opened the window, they offered to make a new sandwich. Once the did and I hit back in the car, I saw they omitted the bacon again! I AGAIN walked to the drive thru and asked for the bacon. A Ronan who signed like she was from the Caribbean came out, was extremely nasty and rude, told me they no longer serve the bacon junior cheeseburgers in the 4 for $4. When I said no one told us that. She LIED and said she heard the lady tell us that. I tried to tell her the fondness was taking about the 5 for$5, she shut the window in my face! DON'T GO THERE!!! ****I called the number on the back of the receipt NUMEROUS times to complain and no one seems to even care.
