Panera Bread

I ordered the cherry vanilla Pink Ribbon bagel and it was delicious!! My husband got the passion papaya green tea. It’s good, but tastes more like flavored water. We only go there, because I have the free three monthly unlimited coffee right now. I drink decaf and I’ve learned not to order it in the afternoon. It tastes like it’s been there since 6 that morning. Well we went there at 11 and I thought it should be good. It wasn’t. It’s still stale tasting.

The service here is wonderful! I was served through by the kindest lady. I would recommend this place for a quick bite when you're on the run or even to stay and have a nice family dinner. My food was cooked perfectly, and they always get my order right. I love coming here with my kids as well. They little ones always ask me to come back here for every meal of the day! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! If my kids love it, then I love it... 😍🙌

My family and I decided to go for the first time to Panera Bread in Salisbury NC. Almost $100 later we get home with our food and the kids meal for my 2 yr old was completely missing, my husband's and my grilled chicken on our sandwiches were burned, my husband's bread bowl was hard there was barely any soup. There was a baguette just torn up and thrown into the bag and my smoothie was RANCID. My teenagers enjoyed their pizzas. But for how much we spent, the food and my smoothie should have been a lot better than what it was. We will not ever go again and I will definitely not recommend for anyone to go there to eat.

Really horrible service overall. I had ordered one of their flatbread pizzas and they completely messed it up. They added the wrong toppings and the flat bread was burned! When I had asked them to fix it they rudely gave me a nasty facial remark. I asked politely for them to make me a new one and they denied it. I’ve never experienced horrible service like that. Instead of them remaking it they gave me a refund with me not even asking for one. I just wanted my food, I wasted 30 minutes waiting for them to make the food from the get go, just for them to return my money back. I do not recommend ordering from this location. The management staff do not know how to handle certain situations at a calm level.

Fresh and clean environment! Short lines, but long wait time as help was limited. I enjoyed the tea and lemonade! Overall a good experience, but think management and customer service could improve. I have enjoyed the flat breads and sandwiches in the past, but a little pricey. Sanitary bathrooms and great wifi!

Just went and got some food from here for the first time in 2 years. I've been steering clear of this place because of the bad reviews and now I can say I see why they have them! I ordered the $11 "whole" steak and white cheddar sandwich. For starters this has got to be the skimpiest sandwich I've ever eaten. Bojangles gives more meat on a $2 country ham biscuit than this "whole" sandwich had. Secondly, they didn't even put any cheese on the sandwich! It tastes awful, nothing good about it. Literally a chemical/plastic taste. I won't be back!
