Dunkin'

I was pretty upset when I went to purchase my favorite Donut flavor of all time, just to find it discontinued! I could deal with it not being in stocks (as it seldom was) but straight up GONE! Is enough to force me to Krispy Kreme! But I don't understand the tactic in deleting one of your Most popular donuts off the menu!! They dropped the ball in the conference room on that one! The only reason I still drink the coffee 6 days a week, is I have an employee custom making it. I refuse to buy it any other way from anyone else! Not sure why they're trying to take the Chic fil la approach by hiring minors. I'm not sure if its customer service or software issues, but . . Miscommunication among staff needs a revamp! On the other hand, I've found a suitable replacement donut I consume 6 days a week. And I fell in Love with the milkshakes...(custom made of course).

pathetic at the drive thru customer 2 cars in front needed interpreter but instead of cashier asking customer to pull out of drive thru to park to resolve complicated order she just let everyone sit we left as did 3 other cars in line definitely needed to be handed better 15 min is too long to try to resolve issue at drive thru window
