Krispy Kreme

Craved a frozen mocha of course I brought my family out too me and my wife wanted a med they stated that they only have small and larg, i got a large mocha she got a small caramel both with cream. Hers great but when it came to mine this thing came in a large hot coffee cup and tased like coffee bean then this drag came to the window and said sorry had to improvise😶😲 this is what I think he did put a hot coffee and then added the leftover ice from my wife's drink into the cup once he realized it was a iced mocha never again but that type of service you're going to go out of business quick during this pandemic enjoy

It was okay, but confusing when I .ordered my coffee and a dozen donuts. They took my money and stood there while Elias served another customer. I wanted assorted donuts so I had to explain that all to a young lady who was trying to give me a dozen of glazed. Nothing was said on how we proceeded after we paid hence the reason it was very confusing. I went to get my coffee and Elias put sugar in it. If I hadn't seen him add the surgar I wouldn't have known until I drove away. I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme the last year. Very disappointing! I had to ask what next ti get the dozen of donuts. Next time take my.order, get the donuts I want and beverage and ring me up.

It's Krispy Kreme in general that's all that's needed. Everytime I've been to this location the staff if very friendly and polite. When we got there they were just kicking the machine on to start fresh donuts. Instead of just giving us ones that were already made they waited until the fresh ones came out and handed us a nice delicious box of warm glazed donuts. Amazing as always
