Awful! Ordered, told to pull ahead, gave bag of food, left...no drinks, go back wait in line drive through. Waiting with our drinks and receipt! Sign says no receipt at time of order food free! Well Lies! Patrice, manager and Yaritza employee, says we have your receipt right here, the original...right! The original. Bc you did not give me one. No more N Main KFC! BAD SERVICE, MANAGER!

The smell alone,,,,,,,,,,,,. Photo#1 is the lady's room. Around the drain is a puddle of piss that smells so bad I turned and went to the men's room which is Photo #2. There was fecal matter splattered on the camode and the walls.

We got our Thanksgiving deep fried turkey for the first year this time I thought it was going to be amazingly different and I had a cool infused flavor but everything else was just about the same it's worth trying once

I order the 5pc wings it was cold and uncooked. The mashed was nasty no flavor. I asked for hot sauce and a spoon and like always they say it in the bag! I checked while being there and i had to asked them again. Really bad customer service. To save you time when your hungry dont think KFC.

I ordered an 8 piece and was given two extra small pieces that could be considered one... I drove10miles home (out of town) only to find technically 7 pieces....

At 745 pm on 7/6/2020 This KFC Only had Extra Crispy Chicken No Cole coleslaw no mashed no gravy and Mac& Cheese not even a biscuit I felt they knew they were running out earlier and didn't prep for the rest of the shame on them I have been going to KFC for over 45 plus yrs. I understand about the Virus that is a pond us This shouldn't change your Service but it has. My Feathers are Ruffled

Asked if we had cash , and when presented a debit card the window attendant tried to tell us the card was declined , then ran the transaction again. I was charged twice for the same order. Provided evidence of the double charge and nothing was done to resolve it.
