Robin’s is the best food in town hands DOWN. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner all of their food is delicious. I had the French toast & it was world class. Such a gem. 10/10

We were on a quick weekend trip and found Robin’s online while looking for a dog friendly restaurant. The dog patio was great and had awesome views. Friendly service, great food, and reasonable prices are the best description of this restaurant. Views of the creek and mountains are right off the back patio. They even had amazing gluten/dairy free pancakes for my daughter. Great restaurant and we loved everything we tried. A must visit for breakfast in Salida.

This place is AMAZING! We have been there 3 times while visiting Salida and we can't get enough of this place. They aren't usually too busy, but the one time they were, the girl at the counter kept her composure and ensured that each customer felt well attended to. The atmosphere is very calm, they always have plenty of people to make sure you have everything that you need. The staff is always polite and professional and we have made this place a staple for our visits. My fiance and I are both gluten free and Robin's has never disappointed!

Before we hit the road for home, we took in a wonderful little breakfast nook in Salida called Robin's. The atmosphere is artsy and whimsical, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
I had eggs on a bed of corned beef and country potatoes with rye toast, and my wife had peach almond pancakes with a side of bacon. Everything was outstanding, including the coffee!
Outside, there are huge purple sage plants. If you can find a stalk without bees on it, the flowers, easily scooped, have an intoxicating aroma. We learned afterwards that they're also edible.

Vegan pancakes are great !
Avocado toast isn’t listed as vegan on the menu due to the butter- but they actually have a vegan butter so you must specify.

Staff was very friendly and the service fast. Food was delicious. I had the Corn Beef Benny (Biscuits- sub English Muffin, Shredded Corned Beef, Poached Eggs, Hollandaise, Hash Browns). Unfortunately, I was not able to finish the large portion size and hollandaise doesn’t travel well. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

It was an interesting way of doing a food service. You order at the counter and then go sit with a number and they bring the food to you. The one thing I will caution is that if you want to leave a tip on the card there will be a waitress or two that come and take care of your table, but you tip before you know that.
The food was awesome. I got the Salida Omelette and it was jam packed. I was going to take a picture but before I could I had eaten every bite. My husband had the corned beef hash and it was the best homemade cb hash we've ever had.
The restaurant is very clean and everyone is very nice. They have an amazing back porch area and a trail that goes down to a beautiful creek while you wait.
Also DOG FRIENDLY! Hooray.

Great breakfast place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You order at the counter and seat yourself. There is more seating in the back and also a giant patio area that is dog friendly. It was too cold when we went to so it was closed. Portions of food are pretty big.

Nice place to eat breakfast. Spacious cafe. Warm. Cozy. Fireplace. Wall art.
We had salmon Benny and it was delicious. We are it all. Servers was friendly and helpful.
We wanted latte or matcha, they didn't make those drinks.
