Subway

Stopped in today for a quick take-away lunch for my mother and I. Occasionally I take my elderly mother a lunch from Subway. She is rather picky about her meals, but I can count on the Italian BMT to make a big hit with her. Today was no different; she ate every bite and commented several times on how good it tasted. Service was quick, the order was correct and the store appeared clean and orderly. The clerk at checkout was somewhat distracted by other goings-on behind the counter and could have been more attentive to the paying customer, as in thanking them for their patronage. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the food was great :)

I'm pissed. They put brown lettuce on my sandwich and put pickles on my sandwich and instead of making me a new sandwich like I asked she just took the pickles off and refused to get me fresher lettuce. Then I find out she is the store manager and she was very rude implying I'm fat. There were cobwebs on the walls. The tables were dirty. I will never eat there again. The black girl was nice though.

I came to this location today March 26th at 7:13pm and found it closed. The girl was on her phone behind the food display. This was one of my favorite Subway in Salem, today i was in a hurry and wanted something fast and good! DISAPPOINTED!! Girl on her phone instead of having some good customer service! By the way the sign OPEN was on.

Pretty good nice people, although I went there once and the guy who made my sandwich looked like he was sick, this was a while back but it kinda through me off cause no mask sneezing and coughing not far from my food and I'm not sure he was wearing a hair net but I'll say he was, it wasn't my go to at the time but it's pretty good!

I go to this subway everyday on my lunch EVERYDAY. But when this particular girl is working I get the worst service. For example I was just in there at 9am and couldn't get any service she kept telling me it would be a minute well ten minutes later I finally decided to leave. If your doors are open you should be ready to serve people
