Mcdonald's

The night crew here is awesome! I sometimes stop after work and they are always so nice and on top of everything. They went the extra mile tonight and gave me a cup of pickles on the side cause they know I like extra on my burger. I know working fast food can be draining but these guys work hard. The manager is also very nice! Keep it up everyone :)

Order was perfectly made in such an expedited amount of time that I was amazed. Every thing we ordered for five people was included, the staff member who took our order grouped our individual orders into meal combos that saved us all money and the fries were hot and the burgers and nuggets were fresh! Three of us even ordered milkshakes and without question or hesitation, we received them without any sort of excuses about the ice cream machine being broken.

They are a McDonalds, so not much to review food wise but as experience goes, they are definitely struggling. My order has been messed up more than once. One time through the drive through, I ordered just a coffee and they had me pull up out of the drive thru. I could have sworn they forgot about me. I would have ran in but I had a sleeping baby in my car. Right before I was just going to call it a wash, someone came out to my car. They did give me a free meal card so I really am not going to say it was the worst part of having to wait longer but the reality is, when you go to a place like McDonalds, it is t because the coffee is amazing, you are going for the efficiency, so having to wait 5+ minutes for a coffee as you watch car after car drive past you from the drive thru really was pretty annoying. But will I keep going, you sure bet!

I stopped by McDonald’s in west Salem on my way home after working a 16 hour day. Usually this McDonald’s is on top of things but they had someone that couldn’t work the drive thru properly with many cars in the line. I had to repeat my order 3 different times because the person wasn’t listening and when I got to the pay window she swiped my card and handed me back my card and I said thank you and she slammed the window. I ordered two drinks only and the other person tried handing me 4. I’m like woah no I had 2 drinks. I take a look at my recipient and they charged me the persons order behind me as well as mine. I said whatever it’s fine, as I just wanted to go home after working 16 hours and all they said sorry here’s 2 pies and when I get home the order is completely wrong 😑 and on top of that they gave me pies that expired 7 hours before that. Not cool. So I wasted 35 dollars, paid for someone else’s meal along with mine and the whole order was completely wrong. Please train your drive thru workers better
