Honestly, this just isn’t a very good Burger King.
It used to be fine years back, but in recent months whenever I visit I seem to experience long waits, lackluster service, and poorly made food.
Today was 20 minutes in a four car drive-through line, for two sandwiches which sported burnt protein and stale bread.
To top that off, this location in particular seems to have stopped accepting coupons from the restaurant chain’s app, which was the only thing keeping pricing competitive. So this whole deal was pretty spendy for fast food. All of this being pretty much par for the course now is probably the final nail in the coffin for me here.

Burgers are usually good, but the fries are ALWAYS cold. The staff here is friendly, but always look excessively tired due to being short-staffed, but the dining room always looks clean. Then regional manager is a HUGE b-word, I have worked for her in the past, and she has made a lot of changes as far as what they stock and carry that I feel drag down the quality of the restaurant.

Havent been here in awhile. So glad we came . the food was ready fast. Hot! Order was Correct. Our meals were so delicious. Customer service was pretty darn spiffy too. We'll be back.

Customer service for ordering was excellent. However quality of burger was awful. Bun was dry and breaking apart cheese was cold meat was like warm. The Big King was a let down. It's a double cheeseburger with veggies we thought it was a big sandwich and therefore planned to share it. Imagine our surprise when we saw the size of the burger.

They have a rule that I didn't know about until last minute. Dad and I ordered multiple orders, only to be told that there's two orders minimum at drive thru and that info wasn't imparted politely, just this girl abruptly shut the window when dad repeated the orders, then a guy came, I assumed was the manager, saying we should go inside for the orders... long story short.. we left after he spoke to us, turning right to exit the lot.

They never answer their phone.They're very rude and lazy. One of the guys I was speaking to over the speaker didn't Even tell me to pull up for my online order. I asked if It was ready yet. He said yes and said nothing else. The workers here are moronic.

Terrible. Burger was not cooked or seasoned and gave me food poisoning. Very slow service. Spent $12 and had to throw it away.
