Hardee's

Just stopped in for a late quick dinner as we were passing through on a road trip. It was 30 minutes before closing. The employee who took our order was very pleasant. The fries were fresh and very hot. Our burgers were also fresh and hot. We expected warm leftovers that close to closing. Excellent service all around!

This is about the best customer service I've had in a fast food restaurant in a while. Even the cook came out and asked me if everything was OK. I've been to a lot of full fledged restaurants where the workers feel like their tip is an entitlement but yet you go to a place like this where they don't often get tips and the service is better. To the manager of that store I'll say based on my visit you appear to have a well oiled machine.

This is a really good place if you want a great burger. There is one problem. On Jan 20th, 2021, I had my window slightly opened while getting into the drive through and heard one of the employees outside say, "REALLY?!" This happened at around 8:48pm. I left cause I don't want someone who has been on their cell phone outside who got mad at a customer for wanting to order, to make my order. This was the only crew member I had issues with, all the other employees have amazing skills otherwise. I don't want this to keep people from ordering here cause the food is great. I had to settle for something else cause of that tantrum.

Great tasting burgers. It's fast food that tastes good. They advertise Black Angus beef for their burgers and I'M HOPING they taste much better than other fast food places. With the added benefit of wrapping their burgers so it makes it easy to eat when on the road. It is a bit more pricey than competitors, but they also taste better. That's why I give them 4 instead of 5 stars.
