Bad experience today while placing a ordered. The short African women wouldn't let me use 2 different credit or debt cards. Stay away from that store. She has a mental illness.

A very respectful but clean Subway restaurant. Usually in a slump neighborhood like this you would expect a dirty store but this one is clean and the staff are very respectful. Service was also very fast and food was prepare neatly and nicely. I love it.

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Who greats you with "what do you want" apparently this lady does. I was there Sunday August 14th around 2:30 pm. Older African American Woman with tattoos on both arms. She was pissed at every customer that came through that door. I felt so unwelcome that I left before I could order. I went to jimmy johns. Not because the food is better but because they were polite and very welcoming.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. They never have anything you'd normally want. I've walked in 3 times asking for things as simple as italian herb and cheese bread, and they were out and not making more. Incredibly disappointing.

Enjoyed the service and the sandwich didn't like the new... meatballs alittle dry but I usually do like all their variety

Super rude !! I needed to order 12 subs for a work meeting and there was no customer there and the Subway employee told me that I need to give them 24 hours notice for 12 subs. This happen on 5/8/17 @ 10:45am. I hope that a manager see this and has a talk to this employee because me and my school will no longer be taking lunch breaks here.

When in at around 5:35 only one customer in line and was finishing her order and the employee tells me he doesn't have time that he got 3 other sandwiches to make and he's closing so rude told me to go to one on dale st wow will not be going back

If you enjoy paying double for knock offs this is the place to go... They don't follow any of the franchise pricing deals, coupons, specialty sandwhiches... They have about half the selection of a normal Subway store... And they are very chincy with the ingredients... My sandwhich had bread that was crunchy to hard in spots... Tasted stale and the sauce tasted watered down.... There was about half the amount of meat and veggies for double the price ... Seriously... This Subway store is literally like 50 feet from Mama's Pizza on Rice and Front... Do yourself a favor And go to Mama's everything is awesome at Mama's Pizza
