Vegolution

Although I am not a vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, I stopped in this restaurant with my son and his girlfriend. I will say that it is a nice place with great service. The menu is very good and stays true to the name of the restaurant. I had the Revolution Cheese Burger - it was pretty tasty. It was made from brown rice and mushrooms - an alternative to beef. Our table also had the Macaroni and Cheese, and the Vegan Donair. All meals were very good. My son was very impressed with the Vegan Blueberry Cheesecake. French press coffee was also a nice touch. My son also enjoyed the seving of Kombucha. Thanks.

Stopped in while traveling through. Had the poutine -- fantastic. Wife had a salad, also fantastic. Clearly they put a lot of care into their product, and I wish I could try more items from the menu! Next time. If you're not vegan or vegetarian, don't hesitate...food is food, and this is fantastic food.

Today we were in the mood for soup and salad and this place came up in a search from Google for just that. My wife and boy are not vegetarian but I am. So brought them there and we were nervous when we saw the place from outside but gave it a try. We were not disappointed in the least. My wife admitted to me that she is now willing to switch to a vegetarian diet after such a good meal. She had the lentil/pea/potato soup and I had the Vegetable Bowl Salad. My boy had the poutine and of course we nibbled his. His poutine was the best poutine I have ever eaten in my life. I highly recommend this place! I may just have to make a trip to Saint John sometime to just eat here again.

Their take on classic dishes like Poutine are interesting to say the least, with shaved mushroom chips and deep fried cheese curds (if you don't want to go full vegan). I enjoyed my meal, the staff was extremely friendly and good mannered. The location itself has a great ambiance and decor. Would def recommend this spot to anyone who wants to try something new and fresh.

3 Reasons why you need to try VEGolution • As someone who works on the road and is an avid foodie I must say when I visited VEGolution it made my heart and stomach full! I’ve been a vegetarian for about a year now which has not been easy, and this place knows how to accommodate. • 1. Atmosphere When you first walk in to this #1 rated restaurant you are bombarded with smells that make your mouth water. On top of that the place just looks earthy and cool! It has got a bunch of live plants and beautiful wooden seats that add to the environment leaving you feel like you’re almost in nature. • 2. Staff The whole kitchen staff is out in the open creating an even more open concept dining experience. They are super friendly and more then open to answer any of the questions you might have about the selection of food. The servers are well trained in helping you come up with a decision and are super knowledgeable. They even helped me pick out some cool local hikes in the area whilst I am staying in town. ABOVE AND BEYOND! • 3. FOOD Oh, my goodness where do I even start… There is a 100% Reason why VEGolution is the number one rated restaurant in New Brunswick the food here is incredible! If you are a vegan this place is for you and even if you’re not a vegan/vegetarian THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! I have spent the last two nights Dining here and I have not been disappointed. On the first night I got the Vegan tofu Curry which was fantastic with beautifully seared tofu and fresh vegetables with a bed of curry sauce… YUM! Second night I got their in-house homemade cheeseburger with their award-winning poutine. The burger is made from brown rice and mushroom and it must be one of the best veggie burgers I have ever eaten. The Poutine… Well, let us just say you must go there to try it out because there just aren’t any words to describe it… • Located in the heart of Saint John’s, New Brunswick it is very easily at the top of list for must eats! Check it out for yourself!

Everything about my first lunch experience here was excellent, right down to the water! You can tell the staff enjoy working there and they know the menu. I ordered the burger, I have had many vegan burgers but this one took the crown. My Daughter had a poutine and Wife had a veggie bowl, we were all extreamly happy with our meals. My only complaint is the restaraunt is in Saint John not in my home town! Well done Vegolution!
