Every time I order food from here, its really good. the problem is, getting here on time. I live in St John too, and I also work down the street from the store and it takes sometimes an hour to get to my house or to my job even though its down the street. Thats the only complaint i have. The rewards system is cool. but I wish it stayed true to its "freaky fast motto"

App says they have curbside. Good luck, you'll with forever. I didn't get the "my order is ready " notification until over 2 hours after I went in to pick up my curbside. There was no one waiting inside so they weren't busy either.

Great service, crowded location. Consistent food! Will definitely be back. Order on the app and it's always ready when you get there.

Fast and efficient service. Sandwiches always taste the same, no matter what location you buy from.

Every single time I order food whether it is from them or door dash where it should only take 12 to 15 minutes, it ends up taking 40 minutes to an hour. I have a half hour lunch break and have to wait until I get off work to eat my food. My office is down the street. A serious need in upgrade with employees and service.

Took 1hr30mins to deliver. I’m one block away from the store. Bought a drink and chips with sandwich and all I got was the sandwich after waiting a long time. Happens everytime with this location. I regret tipping this place.

This location always takes forever to deliver when we order for delivery. “Freaky Fast Delivery” apparently does not apply in Saint John.
