A huge shout out and recognition to the Manager Daniel, his Asst Mgr and all the team from this KFC location. They assisted me very well with a big order of 100 boxes of meals for an event I had today at a local church. Everything was packed and sealed with all the needed condiments, napkins, forks and knives. They packed the drinks on special KFC sealed containers for our enjoyment. They even helped me by loading all the food in the car. My event went very well and for that I am very thankful to Daniel and his team!

The drive thru accuracy, knowledge, politeness has gone way down. I’ve gotten my orders made incorrectly. I’ve had soda spilt down the side of my truck when they try to pass them thru the window. I’ve been shorted chicken and been given lousy tacos. I really can’t think of the last time it was right. Today they shorted me 2 pieces chicken and it was not crispy. When I got home I called and was told I had to drive back to the store if I wanted them to remake it or give me a refund. Last straw! They lost another customer for LIFE! It a shame to pay these kids good money and they don’t care if they do a good job. Young workers should be taught about pride in doing a great job It’s not nearly as good as it was 3 years ago. Very very disappointed.

Since the remodeling, this place has improved a lot. The inside is much more modern and if you have a chance to eat inside, I recommend more than drive thru. The staff is nice. There is thus one guy that may be abit upfront (his voice) on the intercom but he is nice and is moving along the long drivethru line. I do see that they stay with the seasonal holidays inside. Food is good and they try to accommodate for any request as best they can. You also get mint inside lol. I had the fill up famouse bowl. Cutie cashier btw.

Consistently poor service. An empty drive thru can still expect several minutes wait before being addressed. I have given this location several attempts over the last year as I live in the area and it's the same problem. Either they have no staff to run the drive thru or it's a complete lack of desire to work. Management needs investigated to see what they are doing to fix this. Their speed metrics must be consistently under par. In the future, just take the time to drive into town to the 192 location. You will get service faster, even if you include the time taken to drive there.
