My wife ordered from Uber Eats three bowls of different types of meat. The order arrived on time, but the portions were served half as a usual, too small portion, even cold. Too expensive for that.

1st time going to this chipotle which is closer to my house. Not only did they mess up all the labels on the order that know one new who's was who's until they cut it open or bit into it. Then my daughter goes to eat her orange and shows me this. As an employee you should know better then to serve this orange. Will never return.

The food was good for being the 1st time ever eating at this Rest. But the service was not as great as the food. Understand that there "short" staff and employees are overworked but the have to do better. One of the MAIN reasons I go straight to the place directly is for my order to be right to avoid mistakes but in here is quantity vs quality the urge they have to avoid the line or to get rid of the line makes things harder for the employee to make the order correct. I repeated my self 3x I even took the mask off to avoid confusions and then again the order was not correct, they don't wait for you to select what is it that you want they just ask if you wanted and when you say no they catch an attitude or sigh hard or rolls their eyes, if you wait for me to tell you what I want we can avoid the hassle Im paying for the food if it was free you can add all of what you think I want otherwise wait for the customer to tell you. Again the food was good fresh and flavorful but the attention/service was not as I thought it would be or as they presented.

Sent daughter to pickup 3 meals. The girls were very rude and kept yelling her to hurry up She was so confused with their aptitude that she almost forgot what she was getting. For the front crew that was working on April 6 around 6pm. I wish I would have went up there. I would have said something to them. It would have taught them a lesson in courtesy and customer service. Won’t be back. There many other places to go.

The employees here are so sweet and prompt. Somehow, the food even tastes better than other locations. So full of flavor!
For the people complaining about wait times, have you heard of Starbucks??? They take way longer and people keep going back. A 10-minute wait is nothing, I’ve been stuck at traffic lights for longer than this. I’m just so grateful we even have food… and we’re not living in a country that’s getting bombed to death. We are so fortunate and we must all practice more gratitude for what we have, and for the hardworking employees out there. This would be such a stressful job taking in all this negative energy of all these spoiled and crabby customers.

Ordered delivery with door dash tonight. Order comes with half of the ingredients on my salad. Minimal lettuce, no dressing, no veggies that I had ordered. I drove myself over to take the order back and they didn’t apologize or offer anything to make up for my inconvenience if having to drive there despite my order being delivery. They remade my order and I asked if it had veggies on it. She said no they were out and it’s too late to make more (it’s 8pm and there’s still a line) nor did she ask if I even still wanted the order without the veggies. Just poor service all around and has been the last few times I’ve visited this location.

This location is horrible. I placed an around for a pickup of 9pm. I arrived to the drive thru pick up window to retrieve my order and no one came, atlhough an employee looked right at me when I pulled up. I finally get my order. When I arrive home the first the I notice is all of the bowls are covered with regular foil paper instead of the typical bowl covers. Resulting in the food almost spilling everywhere. I figured they ran out of covers. No big deal. I open my bowl and immediately notice I was given chopped up tomatoes instead of the tomato salsa I requested. Reread my receipt just to ensure this wasn’t an ordering mistake on my end, and confirmed it was not. I definitely ordered tomato salsa. Almost looked like they ran out of tomato salsa and instead of making a small batch for my order, decided to throw some regular chopped tomatoes on it hoping I wouldn’t notice (or I guess probably didn’t care if I did). My sister’s bowl had an avocado stem and what looked like old lettuce mixed into the avocado. Complete waste of the $54 dollars I spent for my family’s meal. I reached out to customer service via the app and I was given a refund for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Avoid this location.

I usually do not leave reviews but I had to leave a review for the worker DESTINY. Even when the store was busy she had a smile and was working fast while still being amazing at taking care of the customer in front of her. Me and my husband were just amazed by her. Thank you so much destiny!
