We have stopped here many times. There service was really fast. However, our order was messed up along with multiple others as well. They have added ordering kiosks that helped with the faster service but not all of them were working which created lines both at kiosks and the regular lines. The manager was constantly fixing orders to make them right and you could see her frustration. The fries were cold and stale which was surprising for the lunch rush. I would expect them to be hot and fresh just by the turnover alone. I will be back again and will re-evaluate the next time and maybe it will be better.

Excellent view of the dining room of the pool area and the Beach area the food is very nice good prices the attention is very nice very well done I'm surprised another great job done by Yosef on Enterprises really enjoyed our lunch there we had a business meeting and we really enjoyed it very good attention very good food very good preparation very good presentation all-around great if you're in Vero Beach doing some business this is the place to go

No place to get ketchup
We ordered 10 chicken nuggets and they gave us a chicken sandwich.
A friend ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich they were advertising. Not only did they not have the sweet and spicy sauce that is signature to the sandwich, but it was cold.

Sorry excuse of a place!! It is 6:55pm there are 2 customers in line, i was the third, and the lady just said they won’t serve me. The guy in front of me is the last that can order. Super sorry excuse of service! Lady’s name is Shaily. 0 customer service quality. Bad management too if this is what they teach employees

This location is the reason I would never visit another Wendy's. The girl at the register was obviously talking to the person in her head or wherever they were, due to her having multiple conversations with herself, my entire order was incorrect. I even had to ask her for my cups and sauce more than once. She might have been having an off day, the food was cold & tasteless. I should have went to Chick-fil-A across the street.

By far the worst Wendy's I have ever patronized... I realize that getting food at a Turnpike service plaza is the roll of the dice at times but this crew who is operating this Wendy's move at their own pace and are not mindful of food quality control.
I had genuine concerns that I might get sick because the food what's room temperature from the short walk from the service counter out to the parking lot right took a bite out of the hamburger and the rest of the order got cold very quickly!!
Whoever's in charge of these people either retrain them or replace them!!

Poor! The line was extremely long and not enough employees at the registers taking orders. But they were happy to engage among themselves while people were waiting to have their orders taken.

The only restaurant open at this stop and they still had LIMITED options. I mean they really put the DIC in rediculous. I dont understand how you ask a customer for their order when everything mentioned is shut.down because they dont have something in house. At least stat off telling me what is available.and if id like to continue. Another problem was their machine was down at the time of payment which led to cash only transactions after 5 mins of trying to order a freaking meal.
