One of the only food places open late into the night. Went in and ordered 2 Giant sandwiches and got 2 free sides that night (My guest and I chose pickles). Sandwiches were made extremely quick, when leaving though I was confused as to why there were only 3 sandwiches and not 4. Went back inside and politely inquired about the missing sandwich, turns out they made a regular instead of a giant for one of them. The correction was made, and even though I offered to pay the difference, they gave us the sandwich gratis. Everyone was super friendly, with A+ customer service.

If you do want a sandwich, go to the store, dont ask for delivery. I recently ordered on the app, and after an hour with no update I called the store and waited on hold for another 12 minutes, just to be told my sandwich would be ready in 3 hours. Freaky fast. I understand being busy or understaffed, but they need to stop taking orders when they are that far out. Nobody is waiting 3 hours for a sandwich. I called the next day and was told they don't deliver to my location, even though I've gotten delivery here a couple times in the past few weeks. I asked if I ordered something if it would be ready in the next hour and they said "probably not."

We were coming back from a large wedding and stopped in. Very busy. We had 8 people with us. They were perfectly staffed. When I ordered my sandwich it was pretty much done by the time I was paying for it 😳 Definitely freaky fast and no corners were cut. We stayed for 3 days and had ate here 2 times a day for 3 days 🤣

Food is consistent and good but ordering delivery at any point after 3pm is a guaranteed 30 minute delivery wait. 3 late orders in a row should be more than enough times to note that it is a common occurrence. Management in this store needs to change if only one driver is allocated at what seems to be their peak delivery hour. Also I got nothing for that besides pent up anger and a feeling that I should've just ordered a pizza. Not the feelings you want customers to have. Feelsbadman.

I hesitate to leave a bad review because I love Jimmy Johns. They have great food. However, both times now ordering online from this store, it's taken over 40 minutes to get my sub when when store is literally only 5 minutes away- less than a mile. If you're going to get a sub, don't depend on delivery because it won't get to you in any reasonable amount of time. This most recent time I called after 40 minutes and was told "the delivery driver is on the way". I then didn't get my sub until an hour on the dot had passed since I put my order in. The excuse was "sorry we're super busy". So great food, but bad service in this area I guess.
