We are pretty much Tim Horton's regulars. But after recent, repeated, awful treatment by employees we have grown weary.
The icing on the cake was the new hours.
Closed at 1pm?
No problem. We have a new coffee spot and the kids love it. Staff were SUPER friendly too. And our bill was HALF what it normally is here.
For every door that closes, a new one opens.

Service was slow, and my order was unable to be completed due to long wait time. (4 mins for one hashbrown l)
However I'm usually not able to get what I want to order on the regular at this location is why I'm giving 3 stars.

I LOVE this location. The order accuracy is always 100%, and they are quick! They have to be, because their drive-thru is always filled out to the road, but even if you arrive and are out by the road, 7-10 minutes in line at most. Very nice Hortons.

Hit or miss, the coffee is lukewarm and most time lackluster customer service.

I loved this place. But they can't keep a good running espresso machine. And they quit selling Hazelnut coffee flavor?? Get outta here.

Use to be My favorite place, the st. Clair tim Hortons is rude, several ppl from my senior building walked over to get a coffee the employees are rude, refuse to serve them, there is no sign saying you can't walk up to get food, the lobby is never opened. I hope that place shuts down or hires employees that have better customer relationship skills

The service was very slow and they screwed up my order. All these fast food places seem to think they deserve $15 an hour and I can't tell you all the time my order is wrong.

The amount of times I recently tried to come to Tim’s for coffee and it has been closed is ridiculous. None of the Tim’s on the area seem to be able to figure out how to stay open past 4 or 5pm.
This goes for the Port Huron and Fort Gratiot stores as well. Marysville tends to be open later but you’re 50/50 on getting a decent coffee or a cup of rotten dish water at that location.
Sarnia stores seem to be able to post their hours. Is there something in Michigan that makes it hard to be open regular hours?
