Panda Express

I went to this location and have been multiple times. I have never gotten the right order when I have gone. Today they gave me teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce. So it’s just chicken. I am not coming back to this location. Also when I called in to speak to the manager, the gentleman on the phone said there manager wasn’t there and he would give me a call back. He didn’t even take my number down. I have not gotten a call back. Horrible service

I went there about 9:20 pm and they were trying to clean up 40 minutes before closing (which is some-what understandable). They hadn't changed their food, you could tell is was old and has been left out for a while. They either, had probably thought they were not going to get any business and decided not to or they just didn't want to/feel like to because they would be closing. We get to pay and they didn't have a chip reader, all they had was a swipe option and the magnetic side of my card is rubbing off so I could not pay for the food, somebody else had to and then I went ahead and cashapped them back. (App called CashApp). I came in and got cold food, had to go through a process instead of inserting a chip and being done with it. (I don't mean to be rude though every other place I had been to had a chip reader option and there were no issues and pretty quick transactions.

Just visited this location and waited 20 minutes for fresh noodles. After receiving the noddles I explain to the manager that there were cold and hard. The gentleman that made my entrées (I’m being nice by using the word gentleman) started going off on me telling me he ain’t gonna take time to argue with me I was wrong and begin bad mouthing my character to the other employees while he’s walking around clenching his fist screaming about how mad he’s was! They refused to give me back my money and offered me two free plates on my next visit. That settled the issue with the food! Secondly, First of all, I’m a paying customer whether I’m wrong or not I don’t expect that kind of behavior from a Panda Express employee. He is the only tall black gentleman that was in there at the time and is also a part-time police officer. If he treated me this way in the store I can only imagine how he treats citizens out in public based on his behavior. I expressed upset I was for him displaying that type of behavior in front of myself and other paying customers and she said she was going to address it with him everybody else was very nice except for that young man. The location and the other employees are very nice except for this one particular employee.
