The soup is always good. But came around 7:15pm, 45 mins til closing. The bread I got was stale. I also purchased the new $12 warm bowl ( Baja) it came with 3 pieces of chicken. Not enough for this entire bowl full of rice. Idk if this is normal or just because it was the end of the night.

Shannon was down a staff member and I was in a hurry for my coffee traveler. She was cheerful and gracious and helped me get out the door quickly. Great job Panera! Nice to see you that this St. Louis company is still taking care of it’s customers despite everything the pandemic put them through…

Ordered curbside pick up. I got an email that order was ready and headed to the store. I pulled up and selected I am here in the app and space number and no one came out for 10 mins. So I went inside and inquired. I was told to go wait in the car and they'd bring it when ready. Waited another 15 minutes. I understand kitchens get busy and I don't mind waiting to pick up if things are moving a bit slower. But don't text me and tell me my order is ready when I'm going to have to wait 25 mins after I arrive. I don't understand why they sent ready message when it clearly was not? And then to be rude when I simply went in to inquire? I like bread Co and the convenience of take out is a luxury I know, but I won't be bake to this location.

Used to LOVE! But won't go again.
It has deteriorated in cleanliness, service, and every metric I can think of?
Last attempt was a disaster. Came in hungry with kids, left a hour later starving, frustrating, and dissolutioned.
It's disorganized, dirty, bad customer communication, etc.
I don't completely blame the staff...they are likely understaffed and underpaid. This may be every place.
I wish we knew not to even try.

After a dbl root canal & being fitted for my crowns 2 days ago ~ gum cut back & are still from the last procedure, I really wanted soup from STL Bread Co. I ordered the new U Pick 2 Asian chicken soup & Asian Salad with Orange Citrus dressing. I give the soup 5 🌟s but I had to give the salad to my husband who will eat it for dinner. He ordered the Greek salad & we never go wrong with that; he tasted my Asian salad as he boxed it up and gave it a 5 🌟 review as well! Our Bread Co on Zumbehl Road is the BEST!

Three times in a row my order was over an hour late, one time it was stolen and they had to remake it but forgot they were remaking it so I waited an extra 30 min on top of that. Today I ordered and my order was already over two hours late and the store apparently closed. Obviously I will be taking this up with Panera customer care but this store needs to get their act together

Oh wow... I go to Panera's 4-5 times weekly. Decided to try this location, Zumbehl, and won't be back. I understand the relatively new cashier not knowing what ingredients are in the dishes, or the correct prices, but I tried ordering three different times, but each time I was told, "We are out of avocado, we are out of grapes tomatoes, etc.". The right side of soda machine was just carbonated water, it included Sierra Mist, Brisk Tea. Thankfully the drinks on the left side were good... Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew. My husband ordered coffee... yep, the light and dark roast were empty. So we had to get hazelnut. We waited 20-25 minutes on our food. Many customers were standing at the counter waiting for their orders. Don't know why the service was so slow. Tables hadn't been wiped clean. So glad this isn't how most Panera's operated👍

This was the slowest and most awkward experience I’ve ever had. I watched a customer and the only cashier argue for several minutes and then the cashier just walked off, abandoning the register. She asked the manager to take over who said no the customers could use kiosks. The rest of the staff spent more time loudly complaining about orders and complaining about other coworkers not coming to work than helping customers. I stood in line so long, they switched the breakfast menus off and switched over to lunch and wouldn’t serve breakfast anymore.
I get times are weird and tough nowadays but this place awkwardly let the customers know they were a burden.
