Kfc

Ordered extra crispy, got original. Ordered a large side of Mac n cheese and it was only half full. The guys working on May 17th were very unprofessional, there were 3 having a good laugh at my expense. I won't be back!! Also they put a wing in the leg and thigh meal. Corporate needs to let us substitute in the specials, 2 potatoes and gravy were too much.

KFC has gone downhill in the past couple of years. The workers themselves have been rude and incompetent to say the least. They don't know how to put ice in a bag. Every time I've went I've had to explain it to them. They bag hot food with cold food. And you have to check your order multiple times to make sure that it is correct.

We got our food tonight and they took half of the things we eat off their menu and the frys were cold and hard as a rock like they were old and this was all the frys that were given in the meal. And the rest of our food was cold. I normally love KFC I dont know what happened tonight but it makes me not want to go back.

This is the second time we’ve visited this KFC in Safford. The first time we were treated so rudely by the person working the drive through lane, we drove off, without ordering. The second time the girl at the drive through window was friendly enough at first, but advised us they were out of white meat. When we asked if they’d make up for the amount of white meat that’s lost (breasts are substantially larger than thighs & wings, after all), we were not just told no, but to “take it or leave it.” I do not know what’s happened to customer service in the fast food industry, but a simple course in how to handle these situations would go very far. KFC in Safford lost our $40+ again today, and the reason isn’t the food quality, it’s 100% the service. How people are treated is equivalent to the success of a customer service oriented business. Without it, I just don’t see how any business can survive.
