Down in Rye for a quick trip and decided to go for lunch on a Sunday 12 noon. We took a punt as it was empty. Ordered the classic beef burger... Best burger I've had in a long time. Fresh ingredients, great chips and just really tasty. Coffee was good too, served In a mug. Highly recommend. Also has a beer garden out the back, would be awesome on a summer's day.

The Classic Beef burger & The Chickeletta were delicious along side a generous serve of fries, but the customer service wasn’t the best.

We stopped in today for a late lunch and were blown away by how good the food was. Onion rings were the best we’ve had, delicious Philly Steak burger, tasty cheese burgers for the kids and fresh grilled chicken salad with avo. Excellent service and big portions, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow, great spice on the hot wings, definitely a burger with THE LOT YUM, just like you imagine going to the local burger place and getting that old school burger, Crispy fried chicken burger was the right spice and crispy! Perfect amount of chips to top it all off. Also great customer service too! We will definitely be back!

The staff are so sweet and very welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. They have a cute outdoor dining area with heating/cooling and some good tunes. And their burgers are the best thing I've ever eaten. My favourite burger joint on the peninsula.

Wow! The burgers here are really good!!! I had the Crispy Fried Chicken burger and it was generous with the fillings and the chicken moist and tender. Service was friendly and quick. Love that they have lots of Gluten free options and the GF bun is similar to a brioche bun. Recommend giving Rick's a try

It was packed and I think they were a bit short staffed, but the service was still great and burgers were really tasty. Thankyou to the servers who were lovely even when under the pump over the busy Easter weekend!
