Lago lounge - cool name, I suppose rather fitting for the rustens lake location, and an ok layout with the quirky design touches plus feature wall of frames, leather sofas, low hanging lights etc etc. No ambience at 4pm Friday afternoon. …

Always very well looked after. We order from the bar but ordering can be done via a QR code. Very decent food and nice and warm in there. Sometimes we have to wait to be seated but never for very long. Does get quite busy.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Henry. His customer service skills were the best I have seen in a long. time. Friendly, curteous, attentuve to detail and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely professional and a credit tonthe restaurant.

We had a large party but didn’t realise we could book. However, Leah sorted us out quickly with two tables put together, even though it was super-busy. All staff made us feel so welcome and they happily brought out our birthday cake with candles. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s evening so special 🩷 …
