I had my order in 6 minutes, and we ate in ,after a hot ,busy day.Lovely and cool room and toilets. The family bucket was nice and my doughter enjoyed with hot corn .

S3cond shocking meal from here in a row. Over done and not what it's was the previous Party Bucket consisted of 10 legs and 4 small pieces of something over done with coating missing. Even the beans had solidified. The latest was overdone and dry. Cold fries and a very difficult screen to order from that was more than temperamental. Unless you pay by cash you are directed to the screen. Delivery drivers come first here.

The refurbishment of KFC made a huge positive difference in the high street. Much more warm place to sit in, have your meal ordered and eaten.

Visited today reopening very welcoming..comfort seating..easy n friendly kiosk ordering with friendly staff ready to help..the chicken was fresh n finger licking

Shubajeet, very cool and calm. I placed an order via Deliveroo and I phoned to make a special request and he pleasantly did. Would highly recommend this KFC vs Joel street as the customer service is the best. Well done Shubajeet and and to the manger/ supervisor who has trained you. Exactly what you expects from any establishment

Rude staff, bad customer service, horrendous waiting times. Staff ignored me on purpose , serving other customers ahead of me each time. KFC Ruislip, you should know better than to anger your local customers. This has pretty much ruined the brand for me. I won't be eating at KFC again.
