I don’t normally write reviews but I feel obligated to leave on for Caffè Nero in Ruislip because the staff are so so wonderful !!!! I had the misfortune of having to revise for some very important exams this summer, so most of my days were spent in Nero. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and have made my summer so enjoyable. I used to revise in the library but started coming to the cafe almost daily because the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming due to the lovely workers. Would 10000% recommend, and will be sad when school starts again and I can’t come everyday.

Didn't actually go in the establishment as only walked past but I definately did note that there was excellent lighting on the ceiling which would male reading a newspaper with your coffee a breeze. Recommend for people who love great lighting.

Everytime I've come here, staff have been very friendly and professional.
The place is clean and so are the toilets.
Nice place to come to catch up with friends, do some work or just simply relax.

Good high street coffee shop (obviously similar to others in the chain), with a few snacks - cakes & sandwiches if you want a little more. The staff seem friendly & helpful, and it's always busy so I guess it's popular (and it's one of several coffee shops on the high street for people to choose from).

Decent food, friendly staff but the coffee quality is not the same. The regular size feels like a small when compared to other chains and mine came with half foam which is quite disappointing. Caffe Nero used to be one of my favourites before, but now doesn't seem like very good value for money.

I was on a day out popped in for a coffee the staff were pleasant and helpful food was lovely a good choice to choose from eating area was lovely and clean I would go again.

Nice, spacious Cafe Nero branch compared to the Costas in Ruislip
Find the coffee here better as well. One small criticism would be for the staff to be more interactive and more approachable.

Nice local coffee shop, full of happy local people enjoying good coffee. Although beware Thursday mornings there seems to be Mums and toddler meeting, so if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing coffee avoid on Thursday mornings.

Noisy environment around mid morning. Coffee often on the cool side expensive for food. chairs could do with replacing also sofas are worn out.other establishments more welcoming and staff more friendly, and not rude.
