Here in Ruidoso on a family vacation! Came by for lunch and my goodness the line at the serving counter was great! Loved the service and seeing the teamwork! Wish I can take ya back to our subways in San Antonio, teach them a thing or two!

All three workers were super nice I watched them communicate to eachother about coming orders one which happened to be mine the mood was calm not hectic even though it’s the lunch hour which I’ve learned here in ruidoso is Buuusssyyy and my sandwich was on point they even gave me extra pickles the way I wanted 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I kid you not this was hands down the best SubWay I have ever been to. The staff here is outstanding. I was greeted by EVERYONE as soon I walked in and they all proceeded to help me along my sandwich building process. Extremely nice and welcoming, they really made a regular eating experienece something to remember. I wish more subways were like this location. Everything from the dinning room area to the bathrooms was clean and tidy and of course the sandwich was more than exceptional.

Horrible experience the lady got ugly with me when I was trying to decide my sandwich and made me extremely uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend this place

The employees have always been rude in that particular store. Then today after finding a hair in my soup and asking simply for a refund the owner, maybe manager came out to make the transaction and went through the process and then casually turned around and asked one of the other employees to hand me my change. No apology. But like I said, I knew that.

I like the order ahead app. You can build your own sandwich and it's ready in minutes. Fresh ingredients. The manager is a hoot! Always friendly.
